Facundo Goslino received a law degree, with honors, from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998 and an LL.M. degree from Cornell Law School, New York, in 2003 (Cornell Fellowship). During 2006 he served as a foreign associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He is a partner at EGFA Abogados since 2012 and he is admitted to the practice of law in the City of Buenos Aires.

He specializes in banking and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt restructurings. He regularly advises companies, financial entities, private equity funds and hedge funds, and high-net-worth, in both local and international transactions.He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in banking, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions by Chamber Global, Chambers Latin America, and IFLR1000.
