EGFA Abogados advises Telecom Argentina on new disbursements for US$125 million, under the credit facility granted by IDB for up to US$300 million.
Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) made new disbursement to Telecom Argentina for US$125 million, under the credit facility granted by IDB in May 2019 for up to US$300 million.
The disbursements were on February 12, 2020, and the proceeds will be used to finance Telecom’s working capital and cover financial needs related to the deployment of its 4G mobile network and further expansion of its fixed broadband service.
