EGFA Abogados advises the placement agents in the issuance of John Deere Credit Compa\u00f1\u00eda Financiera\u2019s Series VI Notes and in their exchange offer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

EGFA Abogados advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander R\u00edo S.A., Banco Macro S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Patagonia S.A., Macro Securities S.A. and Puente Hnos S.A. as organizers and placement agents in the issuance of John Deere Credit Compa\u00f1\u00eda Financiera\u2019s Series VI Notes denominated and payable in US Dollars in the aggregate value of USD18,000,000 at a fixed annual rate of 9.50% and due 2023, which have been issued by virtue of the exchange offer for its Series I Notes issued under the Frequent Issuer Regime at a fixed annual rate of 9,50% due 2020 and for its Series XIV Notes at a fixed annual rate of 5,25% due 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The issuance was made effective on December 18th 2020 under the Frequent Issuer Regime set forth by the Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Valores (R\u00e9gimen de Emisor Frecuente) in which John Deere Credit Compa\u00f1\u00eda Financiera is registered. Caja de Valores S.A. acted as exchange agent in the exchange offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Series VI Notes are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) by means of Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires S.A. (BCBA) and have been admitted for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electr\u00f3nico (MAE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
