The proceeds were used to finance the acquisition of Brigadier L\u00f3pez Thermal Power Plant, a thermoelectric power plant with an installed capacity of 280 MW located in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, whose sale was awarded to Central Puerto by Integraci\u00f3nEnerg\u00e9tica Argentina through the National and International Public Tender No. CTBL 01\/2018 in February 2019.
